Jeff Riddall has been helping organizations manage, measure and optimize their Web presences for over 14 years. As Director of Product Strategy, he is responsible for managing gShift’s rapidly evolving, user-defined roadmap throughout the product lifecycle by keeping his finger on the pulse of trends in content marketing, SEO, social media, mobile and Web analytics.
Jeff holds a Journalism degree from Carleton University and maintains a special place in his heart for the written word.
